Offer valid from Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 18:00 CET to Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 23:59 CET, on online orders for home delivery within EU mainland only. No minimum purchase required to qualify. Not valid in combination with other discounts and offers. Offer does not apply to previous purchases. While supplies last. No rain checks.

  

1. SUBMISSION OF ORDERS 
Once you place an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail stating the items you have ordered. 

However, you enter into a binding sales contract once you have received an 'order confirmation and sales receipt' email from us. Therefore, Cam Cam Copenhagen has the right to cancel your order in the event of technical problems, delivery failure, Fair use policy and other similar situations.

 

Find your desired product and click “Add to cart”. In your cart on the right top corner you can see all the products that you want to buy. If all the desired products are in the cart simply click on the “CHECKOUT” button.

  1. Continue through the checkout process, and fill in your details; name, shipping address etc.
  2. You can check the products and total amount including shipping and taxes during check out.
  3. Click “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD” once you have filled in all the information.
  4. Check if you shipping address is correct, choose you shipping method and proceed by clicking “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD”
  5. When you have entered your credit card information and clicked on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button, you have made a binding offer for the purchase of the items you have chosen.
  6. At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount of the order. We are not withdrawing money from your card at this stage, but the amount might be reserved on your account. This is a normal process with banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not authorized your order will not be processed further and we will contact you by e-mail with further information.
  7. Directly after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a link to the terms and conditions for your order.

2. SECURE PAYMENT

We accept: Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and Maestro
No credit card fees are charged by us. Note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you. Payment is processed via Shopify through Quick Pay, an approved and certified secure payment solution.

If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website. 

 

When you buy with Klarna Faktura you will receive your goods first and then you have a payment period of 14 days. The agreement on payment with Klarna lapses if a purchase is canceled. 3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Shipping

 

Home delivery.

We offer shipping to all countries in the EU as well as some countries outside the EU *. Below is an overview of the transport fees: 
 
EU countries (Mainland)
We offer free shipping on all orders with a total order value higher than €99. (Excluding orders with large furniture*)

If the total order value is below €99 the shipping fee is €9.

The shipping fee for large furniture is €75.

 

*Large furniture is wardrobes, beds, and changing tables
 
Non EU countries  
*Switzerland, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Norway, Serbia, Liechtenstein:

We offer free shipping on all orders with a total order value higher than €99.
If the total order value is below €99 the shipping fee is €30. Customs and local taxes will have to be paid by the customer.

*UK & Ireland: the minimum order value is 150. Customs and local taxes will have to be paid by the customer.

*Be aware that furniture items will be delivered to the curb.
 
Delivery time
- EU countries: 2-4 business days
- Countries outside the EU: 3-6 business days 

-UK: Please note that due to Brexit and Covid-19, shipments are expected to take longer than usual

- Longer delivery time may occur during sales and busy periods.


 
4. CANCELLATION
Cam Cam Copenhagen may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be informed if such a situation arises and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned / cancelled.

Cancelling an order is possible as long as the order has not been shipped from our warehouse. Should you refuse to accept the package at the door or not pick up the delivery at a pick up station for 14 days, the order will be send back to us, after which we will credit the full amount back to you.

The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to shop@camcamcopenhagen.com  make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business.

 

Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.

Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.


 
5. WITHDRAWAL
 
Returning the goods
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 30 days in which to return the goods to us. You will find the return form here.
When returning you are responsible for that the item/s is responsibly packed. You carry the risk for the package/items until we receive it. Remember to save your post receipt and e.g. track and trace number.

Some goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to furniture

  
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
 
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.
 
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will of course get your money back, including a possible shipping cost. Please be advised that the shipping fees for the returned items are to be covered at your own expense. However, this does not apply in the following situations:
 
-If you have purchased several items in one order and only returned some of them, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
 
-If you have chosen another delivery type, which is more expensive than the cheapest one offered by us, you will not get the extra cost refunded.
 
We refund your payment with no delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days after the day where we received your return request.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If the item/s are not in the original state, we will deduct the amount that you are responsible for.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

6. CAM CAM COPENHAGEN "FAIR USE" CLAUSE

If Cam Cam Copenhagen has reasonable suspicion that there is abuse, fraud, excessive/pathological buying behaviour on the part of the customer, or that a customer is a professional trader with the explicit intention to resell items bought from Cam Cam Copenhagen, we reserve the right to reject the order with reference to this “Fair Use” clause.

In this context, suspicion is based on a number of factors, non-discriminatory criteria, including a trade-off/weighting of purchase frequency, order composition, return composition, use of free delivery and return, delayed returns/unclaimed orders, alleged missing goods in consignments either outgoing or inbound, frequent returns (ordering and returning identical items repeatedly), attempting to circumvent a previous rejection, using a false/fraudulent identity. We emphasise that the behaviour is simultaneously systematic, and not random or isolated.

If we recognise unacceptable purchasing behaviour as described above, we reserve the right to refuse to enter into transactions with the customers in question and/or pause the customers ability to buy from Cam Cam Copenhagen thereafter.

As in any case, a trade is only finally concluded with Cam Cam Copenhagen when we have sent an "order confirmation and receipt".

In addition, offers and discounted items cannot be combined with other discounts and offers.

The “Fair Use” clause does not prevent customers from returning, but may in specific cases prevent customers from purchasing. The “Fair Use” clause is thus not applied to orders already accepted.

7. COMPLAINTS & FAULTY GOODS
At Cam Cam Copenhagen we do our very best to ensure that all products are of top quality and in perfect condition. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order, please contact us immediately at claim@camcamcopenhagen.com.
 
If your request concerns a faulty item please attach a photo for us to review.
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24 months warranty, and you can either have a faulty product replaced or refunded.
We pay the shipping costs associated with complaints.
 
8. WHERE YOU CAN COMPLAIN

9. PRIVACY POLICY 
In order to purchase products from Cam Cam Copenhagen we ask for the following information:

We register your personal information with the objective to deliver the product to you.
We use third party systems from Google in order to analyze visitors behavior. Further, we use Mailchimp, Shopify and Business Central. Those companies use personal information only on our behalf and are not allowed to pass them on or use them for their own use.
The personal information registered in relation to your order at Cam Cam Copenhagen will be stored for five years after which it will be erased.

All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer and data protection legislation.
As a registered person, you will always have the right to raise objections to being registered. Additionally, you have the right to an insight into the registered information about you. You can at any time ask for any information related to your personal information to be deleted from our records.
