If you wish to return any item purchased on our webshop you have 14 days from receipt of goods to do so. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the return note completed and send it along with the product. This way we can identify the order and improve your shopping experience as well as that of others by knowing the reason for the return.

Refunds are issued once the returned goods have been received and checked. The refund will be made to the same payment method as you used for the purchase.

The return shipping cost must be paid by you and is not covered by Cam Cam Copenhagen A/S
