Cam Cam Copenhagen Christmas Advent Calendar Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Cam Cam Copenhagen.

2. Eligibility

• The contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in any country that Cam Cam Copenhagen ships to.
• Employees of Cam Cam Copenhagen, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

• The contest will run from November 11, 2024, at 00:00 (CET) to November 24, 2024, at 23:59 (CET).

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must subscribe to the Cam Cam Copenhagen newsletter via this page.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will lead to disqualification.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Cam Cam Christmas Advent Calendar, which includes 24 gifts from Cam Cam Copenhagen and selected partner brands, with a total approximate value exceeding 930€. The list of items included is as follows (colours might vary):

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible participants.
• The winner will be notified by email and announced on Cam Cam Copenhagen’s social media channels on November 25, 2024.

7. General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cam Cam Copenhagen reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entry if it is found to be in violation of the contest rules.
• Cam Cam Copenhagen is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any technical error that may occur in the process of registration and/or transmission.

8. Data Privacy

• By entering the contest, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data by Cam Cam Copenhagen solely for the purposes of administering this contest, in accordance with Cam Cam Copenhagen's Privacy Policy.
• Participants will also be subscribed to Cam Cam Copenhagen’s newsletter but may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Cam Cam Copenhagen will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except as required by law.
