Under Danish consumer law, you have a 24-month warranty on all products purchased from our webshop.
If your claim is valid, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund—depending on the situation.
You must submit your claim within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Claims submitted within two months will always be considered timely.
If your claim is approved, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. Please send the item back in secure packaging and keep the receipt for proof of postage so we can reimburse the cost.
🛍️ Product purchased at a retail store
If you purchased your product through a physical store or one of our retail partners, please contact the store directly.
The retailer will handle your claim in accordance with local rules and consumer protection regulations in their country.

To submit a claim, you must have proof of purchase.
