1. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order on our website, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation by email listing the items you have ordered.
Cam Cam Copenhagen’s website is intended for consumers. If you are a business customer wishing to place an order, please contact us directly by email or phone.
2. PAYMENT
At Cam Cam Copenhagen, you can pay with the following payment methods: Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro and MobilePay. We do not charge any card fees. The amount is only charged to your card when the order is shipped.
Reservation of funds
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money is held on your card or account until:
We accept the following international card issuers: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Cartes Bancaires (CB). Other card types may be supported depending on your location. You can also pay with PayPal, MobilePay, or Klarna.
We do not charge any card fees. Please note that we will never charge more than the amount you approved at checkout. Payments are securely processed via Shopify through Adyen, QuickPay, or Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. – all certified and approved payment providers.
For specific terms related to your card, please contact your card issuer directly.
If you pay with PayPal, you are not protected by the Danish chargeback scheme. Read more about the terms on PayPal’s website.
When purchasing with ViaBill, you receive your goods first. Your monthly installment will then be paid on the same day each month.
If payment is late, a fee will apply. If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will also be cancelled.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer delivery to the following countries: Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, and Spain.
Please note that we no longer ship to countries outside of this list due to significantly increased shipping costs. This decision allows us to continue offering fair prices and reliable service in our core markets.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by destination. For an overview of our current shipping rates, please see below for an overview of our shipping prices.
EU countries
We offer free shipping on orders over DKK 699 (excluding orders with large furniture*).
If the order value is below DKK 699, a DKK 35 shipping fee is added.
Orders containing large furniture incur a DKK 365 shipping fee.
*Large furniture includes wardrobes, beds, and changing tables.
Non-EU countries
United Kingdom and Switzerland:
We offer free shipping on orders over DKK 699.
If the order value is below DKK 699, a shipping fee of DKK 220 is added. Customs and local taxes must be paid by the customer.
United Kingdom & Ireland: The minimum order value is DKK 1,200. Customs and local taxes must be paid by the customer.
*Shipping costs for large furniture to the UK and Ireland start at DKK 1,500, but the final cost depends on the total weight of the order. If your order exceeds the weight limit, customer service will contact you to finalize the shipping cost.
*Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged before delivery. The customer is solely responsible for these fees. Cam Cam Copenhagen has no control over or ability to predict these charges.
*Please note that furniture is delivered curbside.
Delivery Times
We recommend downloading the free PostNord app so you can track and receive updates about your parcel.
You are responsible for receiving or picking up your package according to the instructions provided. Packages not picked up within the timeframe stated on the delivery notice will be returned to our warehouse. We reserve the right to charge you for actual shipping costs incurred for the return.
If you have agreed that the order may be left outside your front door in your absence, we hold no responsibility once the package has been delivered by the carrier.
When your order arrives, we recommend inspecting the packaging before signing for delivery. If the package appears damaged, ask the courier to note it on the delivery slip. Please notify us of any damage as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours.
Take a photo of the packaging before opening it to have documentation in case of damage or missing contents.
4. CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or choose not to collect it from the pickup point. It will then be returned to us, and we will refund the amount to you. Parcel shops typically store the package for 14 days before it is returned.
Cam Cam Copenhagen reserves the right to cancel an order if the requested item cannot be delivered. Should this occur, you will be notified, and any payment or reservation made on your payment method will be refunded or cancelled accordingly.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel your purchase. Please send an email to shop@camcamcopenhagen.com or use the standard withdrawal form available at the end of these terms and conditions. You cannot cancel by refusing delivery without also notifying us.
Returns
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have 30 days to return the item. The return form is available here. You are responsible for packing the item securely. You bear the risk until the return is received by us. Save your postal receipt and any tracking number.
Please note: We do not offer return labels for countries outside the EU or Ireland. When returning from a non-EU country, the customer is responsible for customs clearance and required documentation. Without proper documentation, the goods will not enter the EU and cannot be processed as a return.
If returning from a non-EU country, include a copy of the invoice, mark the returned item, and clearly state that it is a return. Shipments without documentation will be subject to customs again and will not be accepted.
You can purchase a return label from us for DKK 35. The amount will be deducted from your refund. Contact customer service at info@camcamcopenhagen.com. Return labels are only available for returns from mainland EU countries.
Some items, like furniture, cannot be returned via standard post. Return costs for these items depend on country and delivery method.
No Right of Withdrawal
You cannot withdraw from agreements involving sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
If the item has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, only a partial refund may be granted. The refund amount depends on the item’s resale value, and in some cases, only the shipping cost may be refunded.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. Missing original packaging may reduce the item’s value.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund including delivery charges. However:
We will refund your payment without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We use the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. If the item is devalued, we may deduct the relevant amount. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the returned item or proof of return.

Due to repeated abnormal purchase behavior by some customers, Cam Cam Copenhagen reserves the right to reject orders suspected of violating this policy. Each decision is made by our staff and communicated via email. Once notified, this applies across all profiles and email addresses. It is not permitted to circumvent the decision.
Discounted items cannot be combined with other offers.

Orders from our webshop
You are welcome to submit a warranty claim. We typically respond within a few business days.

Items purchased in-store

Gifts
If the gift was bought on our webshop, submit your claim using the order number.
If it was purchased from a retailer, contact them directly.
Under Danish law, you have a 24-month warranty on all consumer goods. If your claim is valid, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a refund, or a price reduction depending on the situation.
You must submit your claim within a “reasonable time” of discovering the defect. Claims made within two months are always considered timely.
If your claim is accepted, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. The item must be returned in protective packaging. Please keep a shipping receipt so we can reimburse your postage.
9. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

10. PRIVACY POLICY
We collect the following information when you shop with us:
We register and share personal data only to deliver your order. We use third-party systems from Google to analyze webshop behavior, and we collaborate with Mailchimp, Shopify, and Business Central. These providers process data on our behalf and do not share information.
Personal data is stored by Cam Cam Copenhagen for five years, after which it is deleted.

1. Giveaway Period
The Easter Giveaway is open to all customers who place an order on camcamcopenhagen.com between 00:01 CET on 11 April 2025 and 23:59 CET on 21 April 2025.

Winners will be selected at random from the pool of all customers who placed an order during the giveaway period. Before confirming the winners, we will verify that each selected customer is subscribed to our newsletter. If a selected customer is not subscribed at the time of the draw, a new winner will be randomly selected.
The winner selection process will be documented and stored. Participants may request access to the proof of selection by contacting customer_service@camcamcopenhagen.com.

Winners will be contacted via email no later than 26 April 2025. No personal information will be published publicly.
6. Miscellaneous
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cam Cam Copenhagen reserves the right to cancel or change the giveaway without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
