1. SUBMISSION OF ORDERS

Once you place an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation e-mail stating the items you have ordered.

However, you enter a binding sales contract once you have received a shipping notification email from us. Before you receive this email, Cam Cam Copenhagen has the right to cancel your order in the event of technical problems, delivery failure, Fair use policy and other similar situations, cf, section 4.3.

1.1 How to order:

  1. Find your desired product and click “ADD TO CART”. In your cart on the right top corner you can see all the products that you want to buy. If all the desired products are in the cart simply click on the “CHECKOUT” button.
  2. Continue through the checkout process, and fill in your details; name, shipping address, credit card information etc.
  3. You can check the products and total amount including shipping and taxes during check out.
  4. Click “REVIEW ORDER” once you have filled in all the information
  5. Check if you shipping address is correct and proceed by clicking “PAY NOW”
  6. When you have clicked on the “PAY NOW” button, you have made a binding offer for the purchase of the items you have chosen.
  7. At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount of the order. We are not withdrawing money from your card at this stage, but the amount might be reserved on your account. This is a normal process with banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not authorized your order will not be processed further and we will contact you by e-mail with further information.
  8. Directly after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the terms and conditions for your order.
  9. When we ship your order your credit card will be charged.

2. SECURE PAYMENT

We accept: Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, CB, Maestro, Bancontact, PayPal, iDeal, MobilePay. ShopPay, ApplePay, Google Pay and Klarna.

No credit card fees are charged by us. Note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you. Payment is processed via Shopify through, Adyen, QuickPay or Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., approved and certified secure payment solutions.

If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.

When you buy with Klarna Faktura you will receive your goods first and then you have a payment period of 14 days. The agreement on payment with Klarna lapses if a purchase is canceled. Klarna reviews and evaluates your information, and on legitimate occasions Klarna exchanges the information with other credit reporting agencies (credit check). If the credit check result is not satisfactory, Klarna may refuse to use this form of payment and refer you to other forms of payment. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. 

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1. Shipping

We offer shipping to EU countries (excl. Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Åland, Ceuta, Melilla, Helgoland, Madeira, Azores, Poland and Mount Athos.) as well as some countries outside the EU (United Kingdom and Switzerland).

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland with DPD. Please note that the final delivery can be made by a DPD partner depending on your location.

3.1.1. EU countries

We offer free shipping on all orders with a total order value higher than €80. (Excluding orders with large furniture*)

If the total order value is below €80 the shipping fee is €4,90.

The shipping fee for large furniture within mainland EU is €49.

 *Ireland: the minimum order value is €150.

*Large furniture is wardrobes, beds, and changing tables.

 3.1.2. Non-EU countries 

United Kingdom* and Switzerland:

We offer free shipping on all orders with a total order value higher than €99.

If the total order value is below €99 the shipping fee is €30.

The shipping cost of large furniture to UK & Ireland has minimum cost of €200 but the final shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order. If your order exceeds the weight limit, you will be contacted by customer service to finalize the shipping cost.

Customs and local taxes will have to be paid by the customer.

*UK: the minimum order value is €150.

3.2. Delivery

3.2.1. Delivery 

You are responsible for receiving or picking up your package in accordance with the instructions you receive in connection with delivery. Packages that are not picked up within the time specified on the advice of delivery will be sent back to our warehouse. We reserve the right to charge you a fee to cover any additional costs we may suffer.

If you have accepted that the order may be placed outside your front door if you are not home at the time of the delivery, we have no responsibility for the order once the delivery company has left the order outside of your front door.

Be aware that furniture items will be delivered to the curb.

Orders delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected before delivery by the carrier. You will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Cam Cam Copenhagen has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

3.2.2. Delivery time

EU countries: 2-4 business days

Countries outside the EU: 5-8 business days

Longer delivery times may occur when ordering furniture, as well as during sales and busy periods.

3.3. Cargo damage

When your order arrives, it is important that you check the packaging BEFORE you sign that you have received the order. If your package is damaged, you must ask the courier to make a note on the proof of delivery, otherwise the carrier may reject any liability for the transport damage. You must immediately notify us of any damage, and within 24 hours at the latest.

Take a photo of the packaging before you unpack it to have documentation in case the goods are damaged or missing.

4. CANCELLATION

4.1. Cancellation by you before order is shipped

Cancelling an order is possible if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse i.e before receipt of the shipping notification e-mail cf. section 1. Should you refuse to accept the package at the door or not pick up the delivery at a pickup station for 7 days, the order will be sent back to our warehouse, after which we will refund the payment to you. We reserve the right to charge you a fee to cover any additional costs we may suffer.

4.2. Cancelling part of the order

If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

4.3. Cancellation by Cam Cam Copenhagen

Cam Cam Copenhagen may cancel an order in accordance with section 1 if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be informed if such a situation arises, and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned / cancelled.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

In case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately (i.e. separate deliveries), the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.

In case of a contract relating to delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact information below), about your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5.1. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payments as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. RETURNS

6.1. Returning the goods

When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 30 days in which to return the goods to us. You will find the return form HERE.

The item(s) should be returned unused, unwashed and in perfect condition and in their original and undamaged packaging. Please ensure it is also protected in the polybag it arrived in. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging and labels may not be accepted.

Some goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to furniture.

When returning you are responsible for ensuring that the items are responsibly packed. You carry the risk for the package/items until we receive it.

If you would like to return something from a non-EU country, please enclose a copy of the invoice, mark the item you are returning and clearly state that it is a return. Shipments without an invoice or return note will be custom cleared again and therefore not accepted by us.

Please be advised that the shipping fees for the returned items are to be covered at your own expense. Remember to save your post receipt and e.g. track and trace number.

6.1.1. Return label

Please note that we do not offer free returns, but you are welcome to choose whichever carrier is most convenient for you.

You can buy a return label from us for 4.90 EUR / 35 DKK. We will deduct the amount from the refund we need to make once we receive and process your return. Please reach out to our customer service at info@camcamcopenhagen.com if you would like to buy a return label.

Please be aware that we do not provide a return label to non-EU countries and Ireland. When returning an item from a non-EU country the customer is responsible for customs clearance and all documents associated with it. Please be aware if the right documentation is not provided the goods cannot enter the EU, and therefore the goods will not be processed as a return.

6.2. The state of the article when you return it

If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.

 We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.

6.3. Refund of the purchase sum

If you return a purchase, you will of course get your money back, including a possible shipping cost. However, this does not apply in the following situations:

If you have purchased several items in one order and only returned some of them, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you have chosen another delivery type, which is more expensive than the cheapest one offered by us, you will not get the extra cost refunded.

We will refund your payment no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

We will return the money by the same means of payment, which was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If the items are not in the original state, we will deduct the amount that you are responsible for.

We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Please be advised that the shipping fees for the return of the items are to be covered at your own expense.

7. CAM CAM COPENHAGEN "FAIR USE" CLAUSE

If Cam Cam Copenhagen has reasonable suspicion that there is abuse, fraud, excessive/pathological buying behaviour on the part of the customer, or that a customer is a professional trader with the explicit intention to resell items bought from Cam Cam Copenhagen, we reserve the right to reject the order with reference to this “Fair Use” clause.

In this context, suspicion is based on a number of factors, non-discriminatory criteria, including a trade-off/weighting of purchase frequency, order composition, return composition, use of free delivery and return, delayed returns/unclaimed orders, alleged missing goods in consignments either outgoing or inbound, frequent returns (ordering and returning identical items repeatedly), attempting to circumvent a previous rejection, using a false/fraudulent identity. We emphasise that the behaviour is simultaneously systematic, and not random or isolated.

If we recognise unacceptable purchasing behaviour as described above, we reserve the right to refuse to enter into transactions with the customers in question and/or pause the customers’ ability to buy from Cam Cam Copenhagen thereafter.

As in any case, a trade is only finally concluded with Cam Cam Copenhagen when we have sent an "order confirmation, shipping notification email and receipt".

In addition, offers and discounted items cannot be combined with other discounts and offers.

The “Fair Use” clause does not prevent customers from returning but may in specific cases prevent customers from purchasing. The “Fair Use” clause is thus not applied to orders already accepted.

8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE GIFT INCLUSIONS

By accepting a free gift with your purchase from Cam Cam Copenhagen, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Integral Unit: The free gift is provided as part of a promotional offer and is considered an integral part of the main product purchase. It is not intended to be a separate item.

Return Requirement: In the event that you choose to return the main product for any reason, you are required to return the accompanying free gift in its original condition and packaging.

Free Gift Condition: The free gift must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Any indication of use or damage to the free gift may result in a deduction from your refund.

Refund Calculation: The refund amount, if applicable, will be determined based on the purchase price of the main product minus any applicable deductions for the free gift.

Promotional Periods: Free gifts are subject to availability and may be offered during specific promotional periods. Cam Cam Copenhagen reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion, including the free gift offer, at its discretion.

9. COMPLAINTS & FAULTY GOODS

9.1 Product purchased from our webshop camcamcopenhagen.com

You are welcome to submit your claim HERE and we will resolve it within a few business days.

In case you have received a wrong order or product, please contact our Customer Service at claim@camcamcopenhagen.com with your order number. 

9.2. Product purchased at a retail store

We kindly ask you to contact the retail store. The retailer will handle your claim in accordance with the rules of the country from which our retail partner operates. 

9.3. Product received as a gift

You need to have proof of purchase to submit your claim.

If the gift was purchased from our webshop and you have an order number, please submit your claim HERE.

If the gift was purchased from one of our retail partners, then we kindly ask you to contact them directly. The retailer will handle your claim in accordance with the rules of the country from which our retail partner operates.

10. COMPLAINTS

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact claim@camcamcopenhagen.com If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg or you can submit your complaint HERE.

To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1 110 DKK (app 150 EUR) and 100 000 DKK (app 13 350 EUR). If the goods you want to complain about are clothes or shoes the value must be at least 720 DKK (app 100 EUR). The amount limit may be subject to change. You must pay a fee to the Complaints Portal to have your complaint processed.


If you are a resident of a country outside Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission’s online complaints portal HERE. When submitting the complaint, you must state our email address info@camcamcopenhagen.com.

11. LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark. As a consumer you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our Privacy Policy that explains how we use the personal data that you provide in connection with the ordering procedure, and your use of the Website in general.
