Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you need to return an item, we're here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returning an item and receiving a refund.


 

🔁 How Do I Return My Order?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).

  1. Use the return form included in your original package.
  2. Fill out the form, selecting the code that best explains your reason for return.
  3. Place the completed form inside the parcel along with the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. If you need a new return form, please email us at claim@camcamcopenhagen.com.

 

🌍 Returns from Outside the EU

If you're returning from a non-EU country:

  • Enclose a copy of the original invoice.
  • Clearly mark the item being returned.
  • State "Return" clearly on the paperwork.

⚠️ Shipments without an invoice or return note will be custom cleared again and not accepted by us.

📬 Packing & Shipping

  • Please ensure the item(s) are responsibly packed – you carry the risk until we receive the package.
  • Shipping fees for returned items are at your own expense.
  • Save your shipping receipt and track & trace number for your records.

🚛 Note: Some items, such as furniture, cannot be returned via normal post.


 

📩 Need a Return Label?

You can buy a return label from us for €4.90 / 35 DKK.
This amount will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and processed.
To request a return label, contact us at info@camcamcopenhagen.com.


 

🧵 Product Conditions for Return

Textile Products

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
  • Must include original, undamaged packaging (including the polybag).
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original labels or packaging may not be accepted.

Furniture Items

  • Must be returned disassembled and in their original packaging.
  • If packaging is damaged but the product is fine, we will refund the full amount minus 25%.
  • Used or damaged items may not be accepted.

 

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, simply:

  1. Place a new order for the item you want.
  2. Return the original item following the process above.

 

💰 Refund Processing

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We will only refund the original delivery cost if the entire order is returned.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
