🛏️ Packing & shipping
Please make sure all item(s) are packed securely. You are responsible for the parcel until it has been received at our warehouse.

A fee will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and processed. See return prices here.
- Please save your shipping receipt and any track & trace number until your return has been processed.
Product conditions for return
Textile products

Must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

Must be returned in original, undamaged packaging (including the polybag).

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original labels or packaging may not be accepted.
Furniture items

Must be returned disassembled and in original packaging.

If the packaging is damaged but the product is intact, a 25% deduction will apply.

Used or damaged items may not be accepted for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item:

Place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Return the original item following the return process above.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return.
