Finance Manager – Join Cam Cam Copenhagen

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Cam Cam Copenhagen A/S – a renowned Danish company specializing in the design and sale of organic children’s clothing and interior products.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping and financial management in close collaboration with the management team. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with current regulations related to VAT, customs, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records

• Book purchase orders and ensure accurate invoicing

• Handle local VAT and One Stop Shop (OSS) for cross-border sales

• Prepare customs reporting (Polish) related to import and export, in collaboration with local partners

• Process payroll for the Danish entity

• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

• Conduct ongoing financial controlling and prepare monthly financial statements

• Monitor and reconcile inventory on an ongoing basis

• Generate regular financial reports for management

• Ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations

• Support the auditor with year-end closing

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper, ideally in a trading company with international sales

• Solid experience with VAT reporting, including local VAT and OSS

• Experience with customs reporting and international trade transactions

• Familiarity with payroll and current relevant legislation

• Strong understanding of accounting systems and bookkeeping principles

• Experience with Business Central is a plus
